4 leaves romaine lettuce
4 slices nitrite-free smoked turkey (or roast beef)
4 Tbsp. soft goat cheese
4 Tbsp. chopped walnuts (or pecans)
4 slices medium avocado
Chopped red bell pepper (for garnish; optional)
