So here’s a little about me. I’m 42, I’m married, with 3 boys and a girl. One of our boys being special needs and thus this is an area I am passionate about. I love my family like crazy – anyone who knows me; knows there isn’t much that I wouldn’t do to for my family. I have worked in the medical & mental health field in corporate America for almost 20 years.
It is a high paper volume, detail oriented with tight deadlines 9-5 but I am good at it – plus you learn some amazing things. I am a tax paying citizen (albeit somewhat begrudgingly I pay my taxes) I have dishes, bills, I prefer comfy clothes, gardening, a good book and other normal stuff.
AND I like Chickens... and dirt.
Over the last couple of years my spouse and I have been “discussing and dreaming” so to speak of what we would like for our lives and our children's lives. In the course of these discussions I have come to realize that our focus has been changing for some time. I am still very focused on health and fitness but in a different way. There has been an underlying drive to return to a more sustainable, healthy, organic way of life. (No we are not going off grid... unless I can convince my husband...) But as this focus became more refined and continued to grow into a passion and a lifestyle, I realized that Beachbody Coaching was no longer the right for our lives and passions.
